Couple / Spousal Applicant Screening

For two legally married or otherwise legally recognized spouses applying together for residency, rental, HOA, condominium, or other residential approval. Includes applicant screening and application processing. Screening may include credit reporting/ResidentScore, criminal background information, eviction and rental history, identity verification, employment/income verification, and relevant public-record information when applicable. The couple rate does not apply to unmarried girlfriends/boyfriends, dating partners, roommates, friends, or other co-applicants. Those applicants should use Individual Applicant Screening.
